Profile Description

I graduated college at the age of 20 and have been employed immediately in a call center agency based here in the Philippines. Later on, I dUpgrade to see actual info to resign and work for DRD a cargo forwarding firm. I work as a billing and collection officer where I generate phone calls, send mails and emails to clients for their existing liability. I also have the initiative to look for prospective clients to grow our firm through facebook inquiry, emails phone calls etc. I was reassigned as a payroll processing officer at which I have developed a simple process to determine the efficiency of hours rendered by employees, and a book keeper, where I have suggested to shift for an imprest funding system for small operations in our company. Though our company employs not more than
20 employees, I believe it has been a training ground for me to practice my
skills in accounting. And because of my experience, I can safely say that I
know a lot about doing numbers through Microsoft Office Excel, or encoding
using Microsoft Office Word. Though I consider the fact that I still lack at
any other aspects such as editing pictures, web designing or other stuff, I am
also versatile to learn and improve my self in learning other methods and usage
of other programs in line with the job that I will be applying since I have the
habit to learn and master and willing to be supervised. 

While employed at a local cargo forwarding firm, I worked freelance part time jobs. While working for DRD Mktg and Cargo Forwarder, I worked part
time as a virtual assistant for an Amazon seller and a Shopify seller. I specifically worked on processing orders, attending to customer complaints and a little on product listing. Later on, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work full time online. I resigned as bookkeeper and virtual assistant and applied as a full time accounting specialist for an accounting firm in British Columbia. I worked
using Quickbooks. I have mastered the said accounting software and have had a
lot of experience in bookkeeping. My tasks included recording expenses, sales,
bills, and reconciling bank accounts, both debit and credit. I have worked on
numerous clients hence; I believe I can be of good use to your company. I am
also easy to train and can eventually figure things out on my own if needed.

I'm a team player and have strong leadership skills if needed. I am resilient towards work and can figure solutions to problems under pressure. Is have great command in the English language thus can communicate effectively to
employers about problems/issues in a professional manner. If you are looking
for a trustworthy person to help your business grow then I am recommending myself.
