An experienced employee who have been into various roles; presently engaged in the Automotive Industry which holds the position as Customer Relations Officer and Service Adviser at the same time, act as appointment setter, giving customer satisfaction and other related works. Have 5 years experienced in BPO industry as back office support for the Accounts Payables of the client, posting and encoding invoices on a day to day basis using the Microsoft NAV Upgrade to see actual infopetent at managing responsibilities in a high volume atmosphere, skilled in interacting with customers, hard worker, quick learner and ability to assume responsibilities. I am also eager and willing to learn new skills and tasks to enhance all my capabilities in the field that I wanted to pursue especially here on the online world.
