I am a graduate of Journalism and have been a freelance writer/website content provider/VA since 2007.

I have experience writing feature articles on a number of topics, creative content, product reviews, and technical Internet marketing articles for various clients. I also experienced managing content and link submissions. I have also been tasked in the past to manage my clients’ websites/blogs ensuring that fresh and original articles, which are search engine optimized, are written and posted every day, and that said articles are widely promoted in social media sites like Facebook and Twitter through Upgrade to see actual info and Buffer.

I have also worked for a couple of realtors in the past, with the last job ending just this year. While employed with the realtor, I updated the clients/leads list using CRM tools (LionDesk and WiseAgent), updated the daily inventory of apartments for rent and rent-to-own houses using Google Sheets. I also posted ads on Facebook (Marketplace and various groups), Twitter, and other platforms like RentLinx, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, etc. I likewise wrote real estate-related articles for posting on the employer’s blog and replied to clients’ inquiries via Facebook Messenger and comments. Performed other tasks designated by the employer, such as searching the MLS for homes that match buyers’ criteria.
