Hi there! My name is Upgrade to see actual info A. Upgrade to see actual info. I live in Panabo city, Philippines. I got my degree at Mindanao State University, one of the prominent universities in my country. 

I have experience working as a Content Moderator. My responsibilities were proofreading profiles from the members (job seekers and job providers) at a specified time and filtering their photos to make sure they follow the guidelines set by the company before approving them on the website. I am keen to details. I am efficient and productive. I always make sure to meet the target since client satisfaction and quality of my work are my top priorities as an employee. 

My second job was as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I checked thoroughly a bunch of photos from each property if there were anything that need to be repaired or cleaned. Then I made a bid on how much would it possibly cost to repair or cleaned each property. Those properties are foreclosed and the client needs to resell them.

My third job was as a Customer Service Representative. Our customers were from the North America. I did assist them with their concerns. I am competitive, flexible and trainable as well. 

Recently, I was an Email Support for a tuxedo rental company in the USA. I tracked customer's orders in UPS, checked inventories for the availability of the products in the warehouse and processed refunds when necessary. I also did outbound calls whenever the customer asked for a call from us and I helped them out with their concerns. 

I can work under pressure with minimum supervision. I also know how to manage my time so I'd make sure not to jeopardize my job. I can't wait to be working with you or be part of your team. Have a good one!
