Profile Description

I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years. As a CSR, I was responsible for addressing general inquiries and process payment and payment concerns of our customers particularly in their credit cards and their online accounts or apps. 
I had experience as well as Human Resource Assistant for 2 years. I did the recruitment process and orientation for new hires as well as endorsing them to the proper department or branch. I also made sure that all the 201 files of our employees are always updated as well as the Data Management System. I made sure as well that all the reports are submitted on or before the deadline.
