I am a hardworking, efficient, and enthusiastic professional who has been a Community Manager for 2 years and a Virtual Assistant for 3 years. I am known for being meticulous about my work and finishing tasks on time. I am highly reliable in terms of accomplishing various administrative tasks, social media management, and handling of customer service.
In my early career, I had 9 years of hospitality experience in the Philippines and in the USA. I had my training and employment in different 5-star hotels and restaurants. I was a Guest Services Officer, a Front Desk Agent, a Telephone Operator, etc. The duties I had in the hospitality industry were not so different from the duties that I have to accomplish as a Virtual Assistant or a Customer Service Representative.
Three years ago, I had the privilege of owning an online store. I managed and operated it myself therefore, I understand the importance of working extra hard to make a company succeed. Witnessing the growth of my employer's company and knowing that I am part of that growth is by far the most amazing experience. I am confident that I can contribute great value to the company that acquire my skill set. I would love to learn new skills as well.
