I've worked as a VA since 2013My experience as a VA:- I generated seller and buyer leads-I use the script but I make it my own- I Interviewed Realtor and Admin staff applicants and set my client's calendar- I Managed Airbnb listings-
marketed the listing on social media and answered inquiries and booked a reservation for the guestsI also can do- Lead generation- Social media marketing- Lead scraping, data mining- Web research- Project management-basic bookkeeping
-- As an acquisition Manager, I followed-up with warm leads, provided an offer and send a PSA for them to sign. I also call them back to get the updated pictures of the property and schedule their availability for the house inspection.
