-Resolve customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

System and Process Workflow:
-Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.

Managerial Experience:
-Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

-Ensure timely processing of customer orders and helps resolves customer disputes.
