I have worked in the customer service industry for 8 years and is skilled in communicating with clients through chat and email. Experienced in social media moderation (through comments and inbox). Also experienced in using Salesforce, Kayako, Zendesk and Singlecomm. I am also independent, hardworking and can work with minimal supervision. I also know how to work with SAP-CRM and Salesforce, although I am not yet an expert. I am a fast learner and will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible.
