I took my first job as an SEO for more than
2 years, wherein my tasks are to find relevant keywords, create & optimizing
web pages in search engines and build relevant links from high-quality most
visited websites. - May 2009 to August 2011.
I worked in a call center and I started as a Non-voice agent my task is
and chat support.
I was promoted to the position of a Verifier. My task is to verify pre-close a
qualified leads before transferring to the closer end, with my consistency, I
was again promoted to the position as a sales
closer for a Home security system campaign wherein the task is to make sure
what equipment is most suitable for a homeowner, introduce all security
equipment and get important details schedule a technician to visit their home
for installation and have them sign up the agreement. All in one company lasted
for 5 years from December 2012 – November 2016
After a year a private company hired me to
his business as a Lead generator and Appointment setter which I only worked for about 6 months. My task is to generate leads using a
tool D7 lead finder and do cold calling and set appointments for B2B campaigns.
December 2016 – May 2017
I work in a 3PL company called Unishippers
affiliated with UPS, my position is appointment setter and lead generator. My
task is to do cold calling for B2B campaigns and qualify them to send them quotes to
their
June 2017 – November 2019
I work as an appointment setter & Lead generator in a Terpening
insurance agency. My task is to do cold calling and call out the previous client for
the renewal of their contract and introduce to them as well to the latest services
and set an appointment for a Manager to visit their office for contract signing. - November
2019 – February 2020
I worked part-time in a different
Agencies, such as Insurance Agencies, Digital Agencies, including APG finance
agency. All part-time for the rest of the year 2020.
I also work in Autoxloo as a Sales
a specialist from February to May 2021.
