Profile Description

I am currently working on one of the well known company when it comes to the energy management and automation solutions. I am performing several technical assistance on electrical distribution and provide some information to the customer on what equipment they need to purchase based on their technical specification and application. I've been part of a well known Tech Company in the span of 1 year. I performed computer troubleshooting, software installation, network assistance, network troubleshooting, computer maintenance and provide professional customer service.
I know how to use Photoshop, this software is my past time when I was still on my college, I've been awarded as the Best Student in Digital Design. I studied AutoCAD 2D and 3D Rendering and took a National Certificate to be a Certified Draftsman.
I know how to navigate MS Office and performed multiple reports based on the given data and required presentation.
I am currently seeking on the opportunity to maximize my time since I am working at night due to my North American Support Job. I am amendable to work on weekdays and weekends morning and will going to make sure to submit all the required job before the deadline.
