I used to be a Quality Coach for almost 3 years and prior to that i was a CS from catering internet and telecommunication. I mold and teach agents towards success and do side by side monitoring giving instant feedback on how to manage calls efficiently, and knowing the product well, giving daily reports to the manager to see the progress of the team. We also take escalation calls from agents to better assist them that is beyond their control.
