I have worked in the Call center industry for 8 years. I worked mostly for Technical and Customer service accounts but I have a strong background when it comes to selling. I started out as an agent then got promoted as a Supervisor in the Call center industry. I was in charge of managing a team so you will be expecting me to be very organized and accurate with my work.I love talking to people and I am someone who usually builds rapport to my customers.
I am very flexible and a fast learner, so learner new things would be easy. I tend to figure things out on my own and I do my own research to gain an advantage. I am familiar with Microsoft products such as MS word, excel and outlook. I always do my best to be on top. I always see to it that reach my goals but at the same time provide quality service.
