* I have undergone series of trainings and was certified as a Voice Artist (Voice Talent). I can be a Script writer
* I became a Collections Specialist/Customer Support for leading banks in the US, such as Citi Bank and American Express, as well as being part of the Finance Services of Sprint. 
*  I worked as a Lead/ Subject Matter Expert/Credit Coordinator for the biggest equipment rental company in the US, United Rentals Inc. I used to work on Demand Letters and Mechanical Lien Rights for unpaid invoices.
* I also used to work for Amazon Seller Support/FBA Sellers through email and chat.
* I have worked as an Appointment Setter for a Company that offers medical insurance.
* I have 2 years experience as a Medical Biller for AthenaNet, processing ER claims and claim denials via online through insurance websites and over the phone with a representative. This includes processing of Medicare and Medicaid claims for several states, such as GA, CA, and IL
