Profile Description
I 've been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years and have been a freelancer for almost 2 years. I've been a recruiter, a customer service representative, technical support representative and the last one was a virtual assistant. I have also done a little bit of sales when I was doing my customer service and technical support tasks. I am family oriented so whatever I am or will be doing is for the benefit of my family. I would consider myself the perfect candidate for this job because I am a very patient and motivated person. Considering my previous job experiences, I have dealt with different types of customers or clients, some can be very irate while others can be very fun to talk to. These customers helped me mold to become a better person who knows how to help and assist others and making sure they are satisfied with every service provided. At the end of the day these customers or clients are the ones who’s going to judge you and the company you are working with, so I always give out my best. I also love challenges. I always bear in mind that these challenges teach me to become a better and more knowledgeable person.
