I have been with the BPO industry for  6 years and have developed skills in the process and have more than 4 years in Sales.

I've handled multiple accounts from telco companies based in the US and Australia, a discount retailer store company, and a multinational e-commerce corporation (eBay), and had a chance to work for one of the BIG 4 tech companies in the US. These are just some of the companies I've worked with throughout the span of my employment in the BPO industry. On the other hand, I worked for a company as a sales consultant/associate for at least 4 years for a company that helps authors market, sell or publish their literary works. 
Had experience being a virtual assistant during the time I worked with Upgrade to see actual info and with the diverse experience I have attained throughout the years that I've been working, I believe I can do well in either customer service, but I prefer being in sales. Driven, Motivated, Hungry (Money Hungry), Ambitious. 
If you are looking for someone to get your company out of its current position, I sure can help you with the sales you need. Provided that you give me the proper training, I can work with minimal or no supervision. 
As long as you show me what needs to be done, I will be able to work independently.
