Profile Description

I've worked in various call centre companies primarily as a Customer Support Representative. I have also handled Technical Support for a year fixing minor issues about internet, updating microsoft and apple software as well as mobile's OS. I am literate when it comes to Excel and its basic formulas, Microsoft Word, Wordpress, and doing Power Point presentation. I have an experience using Google Drive and Adobe for Google. I know photoshop, however I'm not an expert but I am a fast learner and I tend to learn on my own. When it comes to writing contents, I am very detailed and specific, too. I also have a background with Pharmaceutical products since I took up Pharmacy back in College.
I can work from minimal to no supervision and I am very diligent specially when it comes to deadlines. I have been a top performer for 3 consecutive months when I was still working with the collections department of AT&T. I am very good with dealing with complaints and can think of resolutions that may help both clients and my boss, given that I still follow rules and regulations.
I have now gained a 1 year and 6 month experience working as an Executive/Admin Assistant directly with a Chiropractor in the U.S. My primary roles are to organize Google files, folders and documents; schedule patients appointments; do Medical chart notes for patients; export and digitize x-rays for non-personal Injury and Personal Injury patients; send emails to patients, doctors, attorneys; create google sheet files needed; create Graphic designs for flyers; manage Social media accounts; Send text reminders to Patients;  and create PI narrative for attorneys and Personal Injury patients.
