I am fluent in speaking and writing in English. i am flexible when it comes to schedule changes and tasks. i have more than 9 years of experience in the call center industry where I have handled both telecommunications and health care accounts. I am well equipped with skills that are required for chat and email support, as well as, skills required for customer service. I also have experienced being a team facilitator, where i was tasked to handle a team of representatives and is responsible for taking care of their performance and mentor them as they do the tasks assigned for them to do. I also have gained knowledge in the property management industry. I have worked as a remote team manager handling 5 other remote team members for the company.
