I do have a 5 year experience as a Data entry specialist in a known BPO industry. I mostly do process orders for specific Concierge Reps and sales reps via phone call. I also do have an experience in chat support for the same scope as well as customer assistance for 2 years. Before entering the BPO industry, I also had a 5 year experience as an admin assistant in which I do back office tasks, files and reports. I also had a chance to work as a Data Retriever in an office-based remote staffing, wherein we gather documents that our clients request for insurance claims. Also had a freelance work on Drive for Dollars and posting property rental details online. I also had the chance to work for a medical physicians group where in we secure contracts from businesses, schools, nursing homes, etc. to take care of their occupational health services needs including Covid testing and vaccinations via calls and
I am also proficient with office applications and I am willing to learn more if given the chance. I can say that I am an efficient person and I do take my responsibilities carefully.
