I have been in customer service for more than 17 years. I spent those years with one of the best online payment solutions in the market (PayPal), and one of the largest banks in the world (JP Morgan Chase).
Customer service handling is one of my strengths. I always make sure that I live up with the companies vision all the time and even exceed their expectations when it comes to serving customers. I do this by always going the extra mile and making customers happy to the best of my ability. This is the reason why several times, I have been recognized as one of the best and eventually entrusted to become a training specialist and joined several new hire training for both companies during my employment with them. I was also promoted to join a program to help out improve bottom performers and meet the company's metrics. With those training, I can say that it helped me fully develop my time management skills, my ability to coach people effectively and provide world-class customer service.
I am a fast learner and only require minimal (to none) supervision whether it's customer handling or team management. I am always open to learning new skills and ensuring that they are mastered in the long run.
The following are skills that I acquired:
Graphic Design
Scheduling
Proofreading
Visual Presentation (using Microsoft PowerPoint application)
Integrity testing (checking software bugs and pointing out what they are)<8efe80624d780eba0c6493ec45140364
