Profile Description

I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Business Management at Mindanao State University. However, I did not graduate because of financial issues.

I previously worked as a Live Chat Customer Service Representative in a cell phone repair Shop in Sydney Australia from June 2017 to May 01, 2023, also part of my work, as their Virtual Assistant was to manage the Social Media, accounts the Company has (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, My Google Business, Upgrade to see actual info, Ameba, Tumblr), also I do Google Map editing, Webpage editing, and Website content posting (Copy and Paste) using WordPress SEO. Additionally, I do Email Inquiry Responses, Skype Call Replies by Upgrade to see actual info, and Appointment Setter. Also, they allow me to use the AI TextWriter and Pictory to make content on their YouTube channels and Websites, and Canva for making YouTube thumbnails.

Also besides my full-time work, since I have extra time after my full-time work shift ends, I have part-time work experience in pulling reports for Google Ads, Bing ads, and Google Analytics using Asana. Also, I had experience doing a Shopify account creating a Page and Blog for a cellphone repair company. Now I'm searching for a new night job at my time GMT +8 because of unfortunate events that happened my morning time is occupied.

I am 39 years old. I am a smart and practical person. I quickly remember instructions and figures. I pay attention to details. At work, I always love to provide good results. I live with my parents in a quiet house that we rent. Right now I am looking for a stable online job possibly a part-time job ( as I'm still working full-time) or a full-time job that earns more than what I'm earning now and more work benefits. I can do any online job as long as my employer provides me with enough training. I believe any job can be hard and challenging at first, but tasks seem easy in time. I can write and speak English conversationally and have a can-do attitude. I am a fast learner and a problem solver.

I will be happy to undergo an online interview and training.
