I have an extensive background in customer service, phone calls, chat support, and email support for Macy’s and Bloomingdale which are two of the largest retail stores in the US. I have been in the BPO industry as a customer service representative and a Quality Analyst for 4 years. My skills would include customer support through phone calls, chat, and e-mail. I am very familiar with web research, Zendesk, Microsoft applications, Google applications, and the like. Along with my technical skills, I also have a background as an English Online Tutor and telemarketing.
