Profile Description

I have a 4 year background as an Appraisal Data Entry Specialist. On my 4 years on this field, I have worked on multiple states such as; NY, MI, NH, MD, DC, UT, KY, CA and TX.

My main responsibilities include: starting an appraisal report, filling in pages 1-2 of the report (subject and contract section), comps data entry and after inspection clean up (sketch and labeling pictures). I also pull the necessary docs before inspection namely: Tax Record, Public Record, Deed, MLS file, zoning information, plat map.

I have worked as a Unit Secretary in a prestigious insurance company here in the Philippines for more than 4 years. My duties include email monitoring, telephone handling, data entry, generating insurance proposal to clients. I was also responsible for making monthly and annual sales report.

Moreover I am proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, remote desktop, ANOW, TOTAL ala mode, Titan Appraisal, ClickForms and Spark.

I have my own laptop (Intel Core i7-8565U Upgrade to see actual info 1.99GHz , 8G RAM) and 3 monitors to work on for better and more efficient outcome. I also have a reliable internet connection with the speed of 160mbps and have alternative broadband internet in case of connection problems.
