Profile Description

I have 10 years experience in Customer Service Industry. My last company is InterContinental Hotels Group . I receive calls to process modification, cancellation and confirming all guest new room reservation request to the standards that is set in the reservation department. Convert inquiries into sales in order to maximize revenue and occupancy. I also handle complaints. I am a Computer literate. I can do multi tasking and take over time if needed.I am a fast learner and willing to undergo training for professional development and to continuously upgrade and enhance my knowledge and experience in any area of my specialization and to use them for the benefit and progress of my employer. I also have 6 months experience in Administration Upgrade to see actual info was a cross training for the same company and I was assigned to manage different task such as event planning,meeting room reservation for Director and Managers,and some paper works.I am looking for a stable and full time job that I can do at home.
