I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, I graduated as an AB Mass Communication major in Broadcasting at Bulacan State University, Philippines. I am currently taking a Master's Degree in Philippine Study in Literature and Mass Media at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. 

I have more than 4 years of working in this line of work as an All-around Virtual Assistant.  I worked for different clients and help them in growing their businesses and make their life much easy.

I mostly worked related to the eCommerce industry. I can manage the whole store, from product research to editing products, and uploading the products on Shopify. Plus, I can add pages, and create content and graphics too. I can enhance the design and layout per page in Shopify. Also, I was able to build a new whole store from scratch and now gaining sales. 

Also, I can do invoicing thru QuickBooks too. I do the marketing too, editing photos and videos, brainstorming promotions, and doing Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info Ads. Here is a screenshot of the FB Ads sale in the middle of the pandemic. Upgrade to see actual info

In addition, I can handle customer service thru email or phone, and negotiate returns, refunds, or cancellations of orders. I can talk to suppliers and ambassadors too.

I worked as Researcher and Data Encoder in a Recruiting Intelligence in the US where I researched the very important details of the person and systematically arrange them in a database. I worked for them for almost 5 months from January 2019 to May 2019 since the project was completed.

I worked also as an Image Finder, Photo Editor, and Graphic designer for an E-commerce company in the US. I have been also promoted to Video Editor. Lastly, I have been promoted to Media Supervisor/Graphic Designer. I manage more or less 10 people for the media team. 

I usually handle things related to media. For Shopify. So they needed to fix it first and one by one they dUpgrade to see actual info to end our service by finding great images of the products, making Facebook video ads, uploading, and arranging them to Shopify. Unfortunately, the owner has a problem I worked for them for 9 months from April 2018 to December 2018.

I also worked as a Personal Virtual Assistant of the owner of a Pizza Business in the US. I manage the social media of the company, I do a lot of Admin tasks. I do transcribe and writing blogs. I started working from January 2018 to May 2018.
I have 9 months of experience working as a social media marketing in an online baby shop and wedding promotion page in Singapore. I usually handle the promotion. I have to do banners using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Then, upload it to Magento, WordPress, Facebook, and Instagram of the client. I also manage emails using Gmail accounts and Mailchimps. I have basic knowledge also in Google Adwords and SEO. I have experienced being a Chat support. Replying to emails from the customers, bloggers, and merchandisers. 

Also, I worked before in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative. Then, worked on IT Outsourcing as an HR assistant, social media marketing, and writer. I worked also as an ESL teacher for Thai-lander and Korean students. And worked as Admin Clerk in the office of the President in the University. Also, I worked as a College and Senior High School Teacher.
