I am looking for a job where I can utilize and sharpen my skills.
I have 8 years of experience as a customer and technical support representative, providing email support, inbound, and outbound calls for both Dental Healthcare and a Telco Company. I have also worked as a concierge support for about a year. 
In addition, I have over 6 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist and a year as a Workforce Specialist.
I am a quick learner, adaptable, and passionate when it comes to my work. I would like to contribute my skills to your company's success.
I can use general software Gmail, Word, Excel, and Task Manager Software. I am also experienced in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
