Major projects that I helped see to completion were a reporting and documentation project for the Sales department and a database review project for the Supply Chain department. I was also assigned to improve and provide a training manual for the Sales Customer Support Team by creating a detailed process workflow of the different tasks and programs used by the team.

4. Industrial Engineer for a Japanese Manufacturing Company (Full-time / 9 yrs)
I successfully created, maintained, and improved procedural manuals and quality documents, technical reports, and standard operating procedures for both actual product assembly and various operating systems procedures. The documents I created and maintained were basically used for training purposes and ISO Documentation. I also took part in Designing/initiating cost reduction programs to help management reduce its losses and improve production yield, efficiency, and quality.
