With an experience in the BPO industry, I am proficient in customer-service platform called Zendesk, project management tool like Slack, team workspace and collaboration tools like Confluence, Admin tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools such as Jotform and  HelloSign. As a freelance creative writer, I also know basic graphic designing using Canva and basic video editing using CapCut. I'm also familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and tiktok. While I may not have direct experience in other fields like in the real estate, I'm a quick learner. My strengths lie in my ability to adapt rapidly and learn fast and solve problems effectively.
