i simply make payroll in micro soft Excel for it more accessibility and more accurate. it simple apply some formula to make its easier to do.

base on my experience, transferring of hardcopy(paper) into softcopy (spread sheet) or database systems are much difficult as it seen but manageable. Attention to detail is very essential as I myself is need to proof read it twice.
