During my time at PwC Philippines - Isla Lipana & Co, I gained significant expertise in taxation specializing in consulting and tax audit cases. As a tax consultant, I examine, assess, and review the client’s tax returns and audited financial statements to determine any potential tax deficiencies and confirm the accuracy of the information. I have a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of 24 tax cases for both local and international clients spanning a wide range of industries. Moreover, I have developed a deeper understanding of tax regulations and procedures by frequently attending the training offered by PwC to be always updated for any changes and to solidify our currently existing knowledge in taxation. Beyond my technical skills, I worked closely with clients to understand their accounting records, processes, and reconciliations to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimizing potential liabilities.

At KPMG Philippines - R.G. Manabat & Co. I was exposed to the whole audit process from pre-engagement activities, planning the audit, control testing, substantive testing, and audit completion, through various case studies and practice sets. I also contributed to the Learning and Development (L&D) department by drafting workflows and scripts for the Essential Skills program. Lastly, I have 100% attendance in meetings with senior team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
