I've worked on a variety of general administrative tasks, such as lead generation, data entry, research, calendar management, email, and file management, as well as basic graphic and video editing. It enabled me to develop my organizational, focus, and flexibility skills. 

Additionally, I worked as a customer service agent for nearly six years, answering a variety of phone calls from both American and Australian customers. mainly through processing payments for them. I improved my ability to communicate with people and interact with them while also being more efficient.

I firmly think that everything is possible for me as long as I put my all into it. I am very trainable, a team player who loves to receive feedback either good or bad, and I am very professional at work.
