I've been working in the BPO industry for 5 years. I've been working on a different accounts as a customer service representative like travel account, booking account, telco, ride sharing and a Quality Analyst for social media account. For the travel account it's with United Airlines where I assist customers in booking, rescheduling and canceling their flight. For booking, it's with Airbnb where we help our customers look for a listing or a place to stay that suits to their preferences. For telco, we sell services like internet, phone and cable and we also assist customers about their bills and for the ride sharing its with Uber Direct where we cater or assist delivery drivers in regard to the orders that were assigned to them. As a Quality Analyst, I do audits on the listings if its tagged properly for example, if it's suitable for all, adult content, etc. before it will be posted on the Marketplace
