Profile Description

Operation Customer Expert 2 in a healthcare account - responsible to verify the insurance coverage and benefit before their scheduled appointment . Confirm patient eligibility ,coverage details ,deductibles ,co-pays, annual maximums and limitation .Providing a list of doctors that close to their area , check the status of the prior authorization for prescription and medical procedure. In a addition I also responsible to fix their web account online and escalating the claims or possible enrollment fraud.
Dentist Assistant -responsible to provide support to the dentist and helps ensure smooth and comfortable experience for patients
- greeting patients , taking their vital signs and preparing them for dental procedure.
- handling instruments to the dentist , suctioning fluids and providing comfort and reassurance to patient during the procedure .
- helping patient recover after the procedures, providing instructions and answering question.
- Ensure maintaining a sterile environment by sterilizing instruments and adhering to infection control protocols.
Customer Experience Agent  in a Retail account - responsible answering questions, and guide them to desired products
- Assisting with purchases ,handling returns and issuing a refund.
- Addressing customer complaint , concerns or issues with a focus on finding a resolution .
- Sharing a details about the products , promotions, store policies or other relevant information .
- Help the member to find the unknown charges .
- Check the status of the order and estimated time of the delivery
