I've been working in the credit repair industry for more than 5 years now. I worked in an Enterprise credit repair company and start-up businesses too. I have proven skills in several aspects of the business such as Customer Service, Credit Consultation/Sales, Onboarding Specialist, Dispute Processor, Retention and Escalations and Operations/Admin. I have a very strong and deep knowledge of all existing credit repair processes including credit sweeps (CFPB & FTC), Factual Disputes, Metro2 and variety of aggressive customized dispute letters, compliance with regulations, laws and policies such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) etc.
