General Finance Supervisor / Bookkeeper

Ensuring the accuracy of financial records is crucial. This often involves reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

Manage, create, and send invoices to customers by customizing invoice templates to match branding and setting up automatic reminders for overdue payments. Tracking expenses by entering into Xero or by uploading receipts. Reconciling bank accounts by matching imported transactions with the records.

Manage to create a company file, which involves entering basic information about the business, such as name, address, and industry. Processed recording financial transactions, such as sales invoices, billing from vendors, and payments.

Responsible for preparing various financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliation. These reports provide a snapshot of the company's financial health and are used by management to make informed decisions.  

Maintain a day-to-day financial record-keeping, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and that the company's financial data is up-to-date.
