I graduated as Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English where I honed my English speaking skills. And I am working as a call center representative where I developed my communication skills such as my listening and speaking skills.

During my college days, I become the officer of our organization which is the Association of Future Teachers. My leadership skills was developed not just inside the classroom, but by being a leader of the whole education community who implemented and regulated different activities, and rules and regulations as well.

I served as a president of our organization before, the Association of Future Teachers, where I experienced different challenges, and problems for the whole education community. As the leader, I always find solutions for the betterment of the organization. And when I graduated, I enhanced this skill as I become a call center representative who helps to find solution to different problems of the customer.

I finished BSED major in English, and work as a call center representative. This is where I use my english speaking skills a lot. I got used to it, and learn different ways to communicate with other people.
