Profile Description

I was a Customer Service Representative in a shipping company handling cargo booking and reservations, inquiries and coordination to other departments and to customers from September 2005 till March 2012. After 2 years of being employed i was assigned in a special position called online csr which handles complaints, making and updating of company's policies and procedure, email broadcast and answering inquiries and coordinations thru online and thru telephone. March 2012 i received an offer from a forwarding company, a position for Customer Service Supervisor i grabbed the opportunity and worked for the position for 2 years. I handled 5 people while doing sales, internal and external coordination and customer service function. I got the chance to travel and meet other clients in person. June 2013 i joined Starbucks team and became a full time barista. I had the chance to apply all my knowledge and skills in customer service and received several awards for my service.
Currently i am a full time house wife and i just started my online business thru an online platform.
I am looking for a job where i can share my passion in customer service and selling.
