Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence while handling confidential information with discretion. Communication is a crucial part as an EVA. Were you act as a bridge between executives and their teams, screening emails and calls, drafting business documents, and ensuring important messages are relayed effectively. Meeting and event coordination is another area I specialize in. Whether it’s preparing agendas, taking minutes, or organizing company events and board meetings, I make sure everything is well-planned and executed. Assisting in project and task management by conducting research, compiling data, and following up on action items to keep projects moving forward. Additionally, as an EVA supporting office operations by managing supplies, vendor relationships, and even assisting with HR tasks like onboarding and team coordination is a part of your tasks.
