I do data entry and research - that's just an icebreaker. :-)
Starting out in the BPO industry, I was a Product Description Writer for an online shopping site back in 2013. Another stint gave me a chance to be an Email Support Rep for a very popular mobile dating app where I started using Zendesk. My determination towards the job brought me up to being a Quality Analyst in 2015. Bagging several Top Performer Awards took me to being yours truly - A Rockstar Team Leader up until April 14, 2018 since I decided to switch to a homebased platform.
On the sides, I also do some freelancing. I do Tax Computation (where I got the chance to use CRM tool), Copywriting, Research, Data Entry, etc. The "etc." will depend on what task you would like me to do for you. As long as it is "learnable" I can do it, absolutely. "Hard" can be learned. "Impossible"... we can try. Just no promises, okay?
I'm envious. Yes, I admit that. I envy the ones who are able to comfortably earn a living being at home, closer to the family. Yes... I know you're getting it now. ;-) But I don't have anything yet to brag about it. And your requirement of a homebased staff is where I intend to get started.
