If you have property listings on Airbnb, Bookingcom, Homeaway, VRBO and TripAdvisor, I can help you with the tasks below:

- Answer (within 15 minutes) queries and concerns of the guests. 
- Make sure that the check-in and check-out information have been received by the guests.
- Coordinates with cleaners and make sure that the property is cleaned after a guest checks out.
- Send out maintenance if there is a report for repair in a property- Ongoing listing upkeep and optimization (Airbnb and Upgrade to see actual info)
- Create tickets using Zendesk and make sure that the task is being resolved on a timely manner
- Create and manage listings in Airbnb and add the Airbnb account to the 3rd party application. 
- File a claim if guests damaged the property- Order supplies in Amazon- Respond to and leave the public response to the comments posted by the guests.
- Create content for automatic messages.And a lot more!!I can also do appointment setting, email support internet research, and Social Media Management.
