As an accountant, I specialized with the accounts payable. In this position, I managed invoices for the company's Philippine branch. I became proficient in SAP accounting software, using it daily for data entry, posting, and clearing. Additionally, I processed inquiries and directly credited payments to the bank accounts of vendors, suppliers, and employees. I also prepared Form 2307 for applicable accredited suppliers.
As an auditor, I was responsible for preparing and releasing financial statements for diverse clients, which included drafting Financial Statements (FS) and Income Tax Returns (ITR), as well as overseeing their submission. My duties also encompassed inventory and cash counts, bank reconciliations, payroll account reconciliations, high-level tax compliance, and the preparation of working trial balances and financial summaries. Despite the demanding workload and the challenge of working independently, I effectively managed multiple clients and ensured the accurate and timely filing of documents without incurring penalties.
