Social Media Manager and Digital marketing

I handle my own businesses social media accounts. because of that, I found collaborations with coffee shops, increasing the followers of our social media accounts that will turn in to future customers too, I engaged with the customers inquiries and handling the sales of the businesses.

I edit the menu or list of available chocolates, posters, and product photoshoots to maximize possible customers. as a result of the presentations and quality of the content. Customers will become interested in our items and decide to give it a try.

I used to handle email and calls when I was working as a customer care assistant, I also handle emails in our businesses where people directly emailed or messaged in our email address and social media accounts.

I have extensive experience in logo creation and design. I utilize Canva and other platforms to improve the quality of the logos I create. I also designed our own business logos.

I used to do calendar scheduling or management for my business meeting also in our business social media accounts to reduce the delay of posting where the number of views are increasing.

I also use this for the businesses posts in our social media accounts to reduce delays of posting especially when we give customers promo's and discounts for the item.
