Hi! My Name is Mary Joy Balangcad. Graduate with a degree of BS in Accounting Technology. I have worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst and General Accountant for the last 5 years. With this job, I am responsible for the preparation of cheque payments to suppliers, bills, government remittances, payroll, and many more. I also do bank reconciliation and preparation of Profit and Loss Statement. I'm also responsible for the inventory report of supplies using the FIFO method. I have experience in using Quickbooks and ERP Systems for our Accounting reports and requirements. But my current job today is Executive Secretary to the President. I know that some are wondering why I took this job even tho I have a degree and experience in Accounting. Well, I took this job to strengthen my administrative and communication skills. With this job, I am responsible for checking, composing, and sending emails. Communicating with the clients. Scheduling of Meetings, Travel, and Appointments of my Bosses. Attending Meetings to prepare Minutes of the Meetings. I'm also the point person of communication within our company and the top management. I do clerical work like filing documents, calendar management, documentation, and others. With all of my job experience, I am sure that I can provide the best accounting practices with critical administrative support and skills at the same time.
