Assisted editors to publish their new collections in order to promote PLOS Biology journal. Assisted editors to collect all the conferences related to PLOS Biology that are available for the next coming year. It’s a PLOS Biology conference targeting project where they can choose where to attend to promote the journal. Assigned manuscript assignments to editors and freelancers daily. Assisted editors with setting up their accounts in Editorial Manager. Assisted editors in processing delayed and rejected papers. In charge of requesting striking images from authors once the editors have identified their work as a good candidate to appear on the PLOS Biology cover, website, or be featured on their social media. I also provide customer service to authors, editors, reviewers and publisher contacts, through resolution of queries that may arise from the activities of the journal peer review system (EES) and from the submission of an article until the publication of an article in an issue.
