After that, I upskilled and transitioned to email support. As an email support representative, I am responsible for assisting customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful information in a timely and courteous manner. This role has enhanced my verbal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and resilience in handling objections while maintaining a professional and persuasive approach.Through these roles, I have improved my overall communication skills and learned how to thrive in fast-paced environments. I’m eager to continue developing my skills and contribute to the team and company in any way I can.
