My responsibilities during my 8 years as an Admin Assistant:

- Manages records and financial data using Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP.
- Assists in planning and executing company events, outing, employee trainings and seminars, coordinating with organizers and suppliers.
- Facilitates office supply requisitions, working closely with procurement for replenishment.
- Manages the department's petty cash fund, overseeing reimbursement, inventory and expense reports.
- Handles filing and documentation of contracts and other essential records.
- Involves in off-hire and demurrage analysis of voyage and time-chartered vessels, as well as the evaluation of transshipment costs.

Beyond administrative duties, I also serve as the secretary to the manager, handling confidential records, personal data, and private documents with discretion and professionalism. I assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, booking fights and accomodations, preparing agendas , and ensuring that all necessary materials and logistics are in place for business engagements.
I act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering emails, taking calls, and ensuring my manager's schedule runs smoothly.

In addition to my administrative and secretarial experience, I also have skills in:

- Video Editing using Capcut and Tiktok.
- Photo Editing in Adobe Lightroom, Picsart and other photo editing apps.

My ability to combine administrative efficiency with creative skills allows me to adapt to diverse roles and contribute to both operational and digital initiatives. I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges that expand my expertise and add value to any team I work with.
