I've been working in a BPO industry for 14 years now, and within
that 14 years, I have handled different accounts with various tools. I have been working in an insurance company for 10 years now as an outbound contact specialist.
I wanted to have a permanent job that can give me more time with my family at home as well, so I think home-base jobs will be the best for me. So I will make sure to do everything that I can to succeed in this field.
