I am a freelancer who's been into online jobs particularly writing and Online Store operations management for over 8 years now. 

WRITING BACKGROUND: 

I have a rich background in writing about technical topics related to computer and mobile operating systems and as well as applications and programs that work on both platforms. I spent most of my freelance career writing SEO articles for different clients who are based in the US and I wrote pieces on a wide variety of topics- from product reviews & descriptions to technical articles in a "how to" format, and niche articles on health, wellness, pet care, insurance, dating, DIY, and almost every topic under the sun. 

I ensure that my pieces are error-free and of top quality and they pass Copyscape or other duplicate content checkers every time. Most of my writing was done on the WordPress Content Management Platform and I am confident to say that I know the "ins and outs" of WordPress from creating new posts to editing existing ones and having them published or scheduled along with pictures, links, and videos needed. I can also install different plugins for WordPress websites, blogs, and even WooCommerce shops. I am also able to write standard pages for a website such as "Terms of Service", "About Us", "Contact Us" and others.

Additionally, I also possess knowledge in the latest SEO and backlinking techniques and I am willing to undergo further training to further my skills and know-how in this digital marketing strategy. Social media marketing, ads, and FB page management and Instagram post monitoring and scheduling are also part of my marketing and online promotion skills.

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT: 

My most recent job experience is on the E-Commerce business field where I worked as an Operations Manager doing supervisory and management tasks over different teams. The departments I managed include Order Processing and Shipping, Email Customer Support, Refund and Exchange and others while I did Product Research and Uploading as well as Audience Research and Advertising using Audience Insights and Power Editor in Facebook respectively. I also have experience in using post schedulers online applications such as Grum.co for Instagram and Upgrade to see actual info as well as Upgrade to see actual info for FB and other Social Media Networks.

I am familiar with almost every tool used by virtual assistants in getting their job Upgrade to see actual infoom cloud services like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive to document-processing and auditing applications such as MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets and many others. I can also use apps such as Oberlo & Expressy for Shopify and AliDropship, AliCommerce for Woocommerce. Moreover, I can also do project management and scheduling through Slack, G Suite (Avaza), Trello, Asana, and other similar project management applications.

Another skill set that I have is on the Amazon marketplace. I know how to do product research and sourcing and use Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central in calculating product profitability and getting other details about competitor products.

I also used JungleScout to find out an average number of products sold each month and entered all details in an Excel file to be used for further product research and having relevant and best-selling ones added to an Amazon store.

Aside from the above-mentioned skills, I am also well-versed in using screen-capture applications which I used in taking screenshots for the articles & advertisements I wrote and the products that I uploaded in my previous job. I can also do photo-editing and has been working with Photoshop lately (though I still need to practice more with it to become an expert).

I can also work with simple customer email management applications to more complicated but better-organized ones like Zendesk and other Shopify or Woocommerce Email or Live Chat Support Plugins. I am confident that I can formulate email & chat templates which matches a store's policies on shipping, return, refund and other after-order processes. I know the "ins-and-outs" of an E-Commerce business and I am confident enough to be able to help in running one. I also have a good set of skills in dealing with customers since I worked as a call center agent before my first job after college.

Moreover, I can also do website design and edits on blogs, online shops or sites that run on WordPress or Shopify both manually or with the use of a software/plugin like Elementor.
