I am a public defender who helps people who can’t afford a lawyer. My job is to ensure everyone has a fair chance in court, no matter who they are or how much money they have. I listen to my clients, explain their rights, and work hard to defend them. I believe in justice and making sure everyone is treated fairly.
I used to work as a bookkeeper and in accounting jobs in the finance department of a private company. My job was keeping track of the company’s money and ensuring all the records were correct. I handled things like writing down payments, checking bills, and ensuring the company spent money wisely. I also helped with budgets and reports and ensured everything was ready for tax time. It was important to pay attention to details and be very organized.
