My most recent role was as a Customer Service Representative at Courex Courier Express Inc., where I was responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving issues. I was subsequently promoted to Finance Specialist, where I gained experience in dispatching parcels to designated riders, encoding shipments, and monitoring delivery statuses. In this role, I also managed order processing, returns, and exchanges, and assisted riders with navigating to client addresses. Additionally, I handled general filing, administrative tasks, and prepared bank deposits (both cash and checks). Outside of my corporate experience, I run my own online shop through platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, where I ensure the delivery of high-quality products to my customers.
